Paper Accepted at LREC2026

I am happy to announce that our latest paper “Controllable Sentence Simplification in Italian: Fine-Tuning Large Language Models on Automatically Generated Resources” has been accepted at the Language and Resource Evaluation Conference of 2026.
The paper has been accepted with an oral presentation that I will do in lovely Palma de Mallorca next May during the conference.
The work is on Controlled Sentence Simplification, and in particular it presents and thoroughly test a new resource for Italian called Italian Multi-level Parallel Corpus for Controlled Text Generation (IMPaCTS).
No pre-print is available, but the dataset and data exploration demo is already available on GitHub.
